Carol Epstein, EA, CEO Carol established Tax Plus in 1982 to provide accounting and tax services to corporations, businesses and individuals throughout Berkeley and the San Francisco bay area. She is a Quickbooks Proadvisor® with more than 25 years of accounting experience. Carol is an Enrolled Agent and is a member of the California Society of Enrolled Agents and the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
